Services

We are able to provide an ability to instruct us electronically and for communication to be made through e-mail.

We have certain obligations through our professional rules to check such matters as identity and to make personal contact, but subject to this all transactions can be carried out on this basis.

METHOD OF INSTRUCTION - A CONVEYANCING TRANSACTION

If we are to be instructed on the sale or purchase then initially we would require the following information:

* Your full name and address and contact point including any telephone numbers
* Details of the proposed transaction, including prices
* Details of the name and address of the party on the other side, either selling or buying, the estate agents involved, (if there are agents) or alternatively details of the solicitor acting for the other party in the transaction.

Upon receipt of this information we will send you electronically, or otherwise, a letter of engagement setting out our terms of business with you which we would ask you to accept, together with forms of questionnaire for you to fill out in order for the transaction to proceed. All this documentation will be self-explanatory.

If you wish to instruct us ON-LINE, please complete the electronic form set out below.

METHOD OF INSTRUCTION - LEGAL SERVICES OTHER THAN CONVEYANCING

We are able to provide expertise on a wide range of legal matters at short notice. A note or telephone call giving the briefest of initial detail will suffice. As before, this can be initiated through the electronic form if you prefer, as set out below.

DETAILS OF FEES

In the event prior to instruction, you would require details of fees payable including disbursements on the transaction, then we would be happy to supply such. A request can be made for such through the electronic process, by way of e-mail or by telephone or letter.
